Meet Jon, Founder of the Concierge Collection
I'm Jon. I conceived Best Restaurants Wrocław the same way I built Best Restaurants Kraków: a short list judged on merit and atmosphere, not popularity or price.
Many guests combine Wrocław with another Polish city. The same Concierge keeps lists for Warsaw and Gdańsk, each judged the same way.
I have not yet eaten my way through Wrocław. The rooms on this site were chosen with the method I spent years proving in Kraków: reading the plate, the room, and the reputation, then cutting hard. Wrocław has hundreds of restaurants. The Concierge Collection keeps twelve short lists, and every room on them was rated 4.5 or higher on Google when it was chosen. That gap is the point. What remains is judged, not gathered.

How I choose
Great dining is rarely just about the food. Pimiento has Wagyu cuts, a beautiful inner courtyard, and an atmosphere that earns the price. That is a Kraków evening I have sat, more than once. The Wrocław lists use the same standard: craft and atmosphere in equal measure, pinned to the Rynek, Ostrów Tumski, Nadodrze or a street you have yet to discover, not a postcard of another city.
When I sit a Wrocław room in person, that page will carry a visited mark and a personal note. Until then, the Collection is the desk working ahead of the first booking.
