BABA on Nożownicza is an intimate restaurant where, among crafts and art, guests taste chef Beata Śniechowska's signature cooking with a broad wine list, progressive cocktails and selected spirits. In 2026 BABA received a Michelin star, making Śniechowska the first woman in Poland to win one as chef and owner.

What to Order

Begin with the trout gravlax from Zielenica with golden beetroot and almonds, then the duck breast in five flavours with bordelaise sauce and kluski śląskie. Finish with the rum baba, cheesecake cream and plum.
