Wierzbowa 15 occupies the former Leipziger Palace, where restored nineteenth-century brick foundations meet modern design that changes with the time of day. Its menu fuses European cooking with Polish touches, led by the seasons, flowers, fresh herbs and local produce, from pierogi with smoked curd to a tasting menu, with a cocktail bar.

What to Order

Try the trout cooked at 45°C with pumpkin, sea buckthorn and trout roe, the ogórkowa soup with beef szponder and crème fraîche, and the pierogi with smoked twaróg, sour cream and lovage.
