S11 on Szajnochy, near the Rynek, was rebuilt from scratch by new owners at an address sushi lovers have known for sixteen years. The cooking puts the product first: simple rolls instead of overloaded ones, fresh fish and seafood delivered twice a week, Koshihikari rice from the Uonuma region, and soy sauces and rice vinegars brought from Japan.
What to Order
Try the sashimi of Label Rouge salmon and bluefin tuna, the nigiri of kombujime dorada, and kushiyaki skewers from the warm kitchen, then finish with the matcha lava cake.
