Futomaki no Takara, a sharing set of more than fifty pieces, shows the scale of the menu at Sushi Icons on Księcia Witolda. The Japanese-inspired list runs from Philadelphia rolls and rolls with tiger shrimp to tempura sets, baked sushi, sashimi, a separate beef menu, bowls and salads, and it stays open until eleven at weekends.

What to Order

From the beef menu, try the roll with beef tataki or the beef sashimi; for something warm there is a separate tempura menu, and a salmon and tuna temaki for those who prefer the classics.
