Concierge Premium Terms

What you are buying

Concierge Premium is a paid commercial listing enhancement on bestrestaurantswroclaw.com for a venue already in The Concierge Collection. For the paid term (normally 12 months from payment confirmation), the venue receives a place ahead of every venue without Premium in each collection it is listed in, the Premium mark, enhanced card presentation, space on the profile for venue-supplied words, a gallery of up to five venue-supplied photographs and signature dishes, and, within the first month of the paid term, an Instagram post and Story on @wroclawconcierge and a Facebook advert featuring the venue alone, shown to English-speaking visitors, subject to editorial standards and these terms. Premium venues are shown in order of Google rating among themselves. A main photograph the venue has chosen for its listing is not part of Premium and stays when Premium ends.

The current paid rate is 490 PLN for the year (one-off), charged via our payment provider. A complimentary or promotional Premium period, when we offer one, is not a paid purchase and ends on the date we state unless you buy Premium under these terms.

Partners (experiences and services)

Concierge Premium is also available to businesses we feature beyond the dining table, such as tours, cruises, spas and chauffeur services. For the paid term (normally 12 months from payment confirmation), a partner receives a listing on our Things to Do page and its own page on bestrestaurantswroclaw.com, with up to five partner-supplied photographs, space for the partner's own words, its services, and direct links to book.

Partner links on the site are marked as sponsored. As with venues, we do not guarantee bookings, enquiries, clicks or any particular volume of visits, and a partner listing remains curated: we feature businesses we would recommend to our guests, and payment does not buy a place for a business we would not otherwise feature.

The sections on your content, term and removal, and payment and refunds apply to partners in the same way as to venues. Premium for a partner does not renew automatically; before the term ends we will write to ask whether you would like to continue.

What we do not promise

Premium is presence in an editorial guide. We do not guarantee bookings, covers, search-engine positions, social reach, or any particular volume of visits or enquiries. Placement in The Concierge Collection remains curated; payment for Premium does not buy entry into the Collection or override editorial judgment.

Your content

Owner quotes and other venue-supplied text must be accurate, lawful, and suitable for a public dining guide. We may edit for length, clarity, or house style, or decline to publish material that is misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with The Concierge Collection. You warrant that you have the right to supply that content.

Term, renewal, and removal

Paid Premium runs for the stated term after successful payment. It does not auto-renew unless we later offer a renewal product and you purchase it. When the term (or a complimentary period) ends without a paid keep, we may remove the Premium mark and related enhancements. We may also suspend or remove Premium earlier if these terms are breached, if the venue leaves the Collection, or if the listing becomes inaccurate or harmful to guests.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe (or another provider we name at checkout). Prices are as shown at checkout (tax treatment as indicated there). Because Premium is a digital listing service that begins when we apply the mark, fees are generally non-refundable once Premium is activated, except where mandatory consumer or other law requires otherwise, or where we cancel the product for our own operational reasons (in which case we will refund the unused portion on a fair basis).

These Premium terms sit alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; if they conflict on a Premium purchase, these Premium terms prevail for that purchase.
