Pasibus started in 2013 at the head of Wrocław's food truck revolution, bringing quality, creative burgers to the city's streets. Its patties are 100 percent beef ground in house, seasoned to its own recipe and paired with bold combinations of toppings. This branch is on Świdnicka in the city centre.
What to Order
The burgers use freshly minced beef: try the bestselling Gonzales, with jalapeño, red hot sauce, nachos and Cheddar, or the Awokadus, and look to the Smashe list for smash burgers.
