Soczewka Kuchnia + Bar on the Rynek grew from a passion for good, interesting cooking. It occupies a former optician's shop, and its pared-back design plays against the historic architecture. Guests can look into the open kitchen of chef Sławek Podlewski, where every burger ingredient is chosen with care.
What to Order
They grind the meat, make the sauces and bake the buns themselves. Chef Sławek recommends the Policzek burger with beef cheek, truffle mayonnaise and Manchego, or the Mac and Cheese burger topped with Cheddar macaroni and bacon.
