U Gruzina opened in Wrocław in 2014 and calls itself the first truly Georgian kitchen in the area. Working with Georgian and Polish chefs, it brought Georgian flavours and food culture to the city, and every dish on the menu comes from a region of Georgia, from cheese-filled boats to khinkali.
What to Order
Share the mix of Georgian starters, with dolma, badridżani and three kinds of phali served with mczadi cornbread, then order chinkali from the dumpling list.
