Iggy on Kuźnicza bakes Neapolitan pizza from a dough of flour from the oldest Neapolitan mill, water, sea salt and a little yeast. Owner Zawadzki named the pizzeria after his son, and artists and local craftsmen built its interior as a nod to the 1960s and 70s, for long meals that start with aperitivo and end with digestivo.
What to Order
Begin at the mozzarella bar with burrata, roasted tomatoes and roasted garlic, then choose a pizza rossa such as the Marinara, made with San Marzano DOP tomatoes and Sicilian oregano, or a pizza bianca like the Guanciale with courgette and leek.
