Chopper has served Wrocław since 2010 from Kotlarska, about a hundred metres from the Rynek, across three levels of rock-themed rooms. The menu mixes American and Polish cooking, from a garlic and rosemary basted rostbef steak to pierogi ruskie, and the Flaming Trough sharing platter feeds four to six. The bar pours Czech lagers and Polish craft beer.

The chef's pick is the Płonące Koryto, a sharing trough for four to six with beer-roasted pork knuckle, ribs and bacon from the house smokehouse. Smaller appetites can start with sourdough żurek, then the boneless rostbef steak basted with garlic and rosemary butter.
