IDA on Łazienna serves traditional Polish dishes in a new light, in the easy atmosphere of a family home, next door to the Teatr Współczesny and in the tenement that once housed the Rura jazz club. The short menu brings kopytka, pierogi and its legendary żurek, many of the wines come from Polish vineyards, and the kitchen is open to view.
What to Order
Order the żurek with white sausage and bacon, then the kopytka, potato dumplings with mushroom sauce, king oyster mushroom and Bursztyn cheese. Or leave it to the head chef with the six-course tasting menu and a pairing from the sommelier.
