Lwia Brama² describes itself as the only restaurant on Ostrów Tumski, the oldest part of Wrocław and once an island under church rule. Its kitchen, led by award-winning chef Damian Bildź, cooks modern Polish comfort food that is relaxed, seasonal and built on craft, served in historic rooms that feel as if time has stopped.
What to Order
Begin with the tartare of Bolesławiec beef fillet with crackling and lovage emulsion, then the breaded bone-in pork loin with buttery dill mash, or the slow-braised beef szponder with wild herbs.
