Teresa and Jacek Boniecki have run Wrocławska on Szewska since 2015 and call their cooking a heart on the plate. The menu draws on the heritage of Lower Silesia and Polish hospitality, uses seasonal produce from local suppliers and revives old recipes, such as hekele, the traditional herring tartare.
What to Order
Begin with the restaurant's own nalewki, made in house to historic recipes from seasonal local produce: dogwood, sea buckthorn, plum, or the braver onion and horseradish. There is a set of four to taste, and WRCLW beers on draught.
