PAMPA set out to bring real Argentine cooking to Poland, not a European version of it. Expect crisp empanadas straight from the oven, grilled entraña, homemade flan and alfajores, with yerba mate to drink. Chef Patricio Ivankovic leads the kitchen on Podwale, and the room is meant to feel warm and unpretentious, like an asado among friends.

What to Order

Share a round of empanadas, starting with the meat-filled Tucumana, then move on to the entraña grillada from the mains. Save room for an alfajor de chocolate negro from the dessert list.
